The Matrescence Circle is a safe and inclusive space to celebrate the rite of passage into motherhood.
This time we gather again for the fourth time to share our unique birth story, understanding that this is not a fixed story, it has movement and change over time. Perhaps there are parts that you never spoke about out loud or acknowledged. By sharing the birth story in a healthy way, we can heal together from hard experiences or simply integrate this tremendous event into our systems and release what is holding us back to step into our new self.

Our circle gives you the opportunity to share with mothers that are living the same journey as you without judgment or competition, you are perfect as you are. It’s a place to connect with your community and feel heard. Also, it’s a place for you to get nourished and fill your tank for the immense task of being a mother. You will nourish yourself and support your nerves systems, to feel good and energised.

Babies are welcome. BUT maybe this is a good chance to ask for support and integrate your partner so you can really enjoy this special event. It’s a lovely compromise to bring your partner who can make a walk with your little one during the three hours or drop the baby off after a while if he/ she needs some milk.
Most important: Come as you are so you can enjoy our community as much as possible. You are free to leave at any time of course if your baby feels fussy.
Languages: Preferably english or german, Ignacia speaks spanish too.
